I get it friend, I was just like you. I checked off all the "right" boxes that I was told to. I went to school, got the career, got married, and did what I was told.  But, at the end of the day I was so burnt out, ashamed of my health and numbing out all of my negative emotions with food and avoidance all together that I was actually causing more harm to my body then I was aware of at the time. I was ignorant to the knowledge that life was not meant to be lived that way.
